Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 18ᵗʰ International Workshop on Integrated Nonlinear Microwave and Millimetre-wave Circuits (INMMiC 2026), to be held on 19–20 October 2026 in Castelldefels, Spain.

INMMiC 2026 will once again serve as a stimulating international forum for researchers from academia and industry to present and discuss the latest advances, emerging trends, and future challenges in nonlinear RF, microwave, millimetre-wave, and terahertz devices, circuits, and systems. The workshop covers a broad spectrum of topics, including nonlinear measurement techniques, nonlinear modeling and CAD methods, linearization techniques, power amplifier efficiency enhancement, noise characterization, semiconductor device technologies, and nonlinear phenomena at terahertz frequencies.

Since its first edition in Duisburg in 1990 and its relaunch in Rome in 2004, INMMiC has built a strong reputation not only for its high technical quality, but also for its friendly, familiar, and highly interactive atmosphere. One of the distinctive features of INMMiC is the opportunity for casual yet meaningful technical discussions, where ideas can be openly exchanged in an informal setting that encourages genuine scientific interaction.

This environment makes INMMiC particularly valuable for PhD students and early-career researchers, who have the unique opportunity to engage directly with renowned experts in the field, many of whom are IEEE Fellows. Such close interaction fosters mentoring, inspiration, and the development of new collaborations across generations of researchers.

The technical program of INMMiC 2026 will include oral and poster sessions, invited talks from leading experts, and opportunities to explore state-of-the-art research and industrial developments. Special attention will continue to be given to student participation, with dedicated awards and recognitions highlighting outstanding contributions.

Beyond the technical program, we hope you will enjoy your stay in Castelldefels, a charming Mediterranean town near Barcelona, known for its long sandy beaches, pleasant climate, and rich cultural and scientific environment—an ideal setting for both professional exchange and social interaction.
