Prospective authors are invited to submit papers for presentation at INMMiC 2025. All papers should be properly formatted with all figures included and they must not exceed three pages. The paper must be submitted electronically on the conference website before the abstract submission deadline, via EDAS. Papers submitted to the INMMiC must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere. IEEE policy regarding plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced. Please check the summary submission guide.

The submission of a paper implies that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors must register before the Author/Early Registration deadline at the Member or Non-member rate and attend the conference to present the work. For detailed information on registration fees and procedures, see Registration.

Authors of accepted papers will be given the opportunity to submit an extended version to be considered for publication in IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques.
