For the final paper submission, please, use the following modified IEEE Conference Manuscript Templates:

2. Provide IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDFs

Your final paper must be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility.

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress® site
First-time users should do the following:

  1. Create Account
  2. Enter the following: 69758X for the Conference ID, your email address and a password.
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

3. Upload your IEEE Xplore®-compatible Final Manuscript

Upload your IEEE Xplore®-compatible Final Manuscript PDF through EDAS.

4. Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form

A completed copyright form is required for all conference manuscripts published by IEEE. We strongly recommend completing this process as soon as you upload your final manuscript. Failure to submit the copyright form will result in your paper not being published.
