Greetings From General Chair of INMMiC 2025

A warm welcome to the 17th International Workshop on Integrated Nonlinear Microwave and Millimetre-wave Circuits, INMMiC 2025.

We are delighted to invite researchers from around the globe to join us in Torino, a charming city in the northwestern part of Italy, for this new edition of INMMiC. The event promises to be a dynamic forum for discussing the latest breakthroughs, advancements and trends in the framework of nonlinear high frequency devices, circuits, and systems.

All fields involving non linear applications at RF, microwave and millimeter waves will be covered: Nonlinear Measurement Techniques, Nonlinear Modelling and CAD Methods, Linearization Techniques, Power Amplifier Efficiency Enhancement Techniques, Noise Characterization and Modelling, Semiconductor Device Technologies and Modelling, Nonlinearities at Terahertz Frequencies, Nonlinearities in Emerging Technologies, and Nonlinear Circuits for Wireless Power Transmission, among many others.

Since its inception in Duisburg in 1990 and its revival in Rome in 2004, INMMiC has been dedicated to promoting, discussing, and disseminating innovative research on nonlinear devices, circuits, and systems. With a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere, and the presence of young researchers and leading experts in the field, INMMiC is a unmissable opportunity for researchers worldwide working in these areas.

The INMMiC 2025 edition will feature a two-day program filled with oral and poster presentations, alongside distinguished invited talks. The event will also be enriched and completed by and industrial exhibition, showcasing the latest news in high-frequency products, measurement instruments, and CAD software.

The participation of young researchers and postgraduate students is strongly encouraged.

The Best Student Paper Award, sponsored by the GAAS Association, along with several travel grants for young researchers with accepted contributions, will be awarded.

In addition to the the technical sessions, participants will have the opportunity to explore and know the beautiful city of Torino. Nestled at the foot of the Alps, Torino, Italy’s first capital, is worldwide renowned for its superb wines, traditional cuisine, and rich history.

Welcome to INMMiC 2025! We are confident you will enjoy both the conference and your stay in Torino.
